Avi Margulies

Avi Margulies brings a wealth of investment banking experience to GH Partners since joining in January 2024. Throughout his career he has advised on a wide variety of transactions including capital raises, licensing transactions and M&A transactions across both public and private companies.

Before joining GH Partners, Avi worked in Equity Derivatives Sales before transitioning to an advisory role covering the Biotechnology andPharmaceuticals sector, focusing on early and mid-stage companies. He has advised on >$1bn of transactions in his career.

Avi holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Yeshiva University.
